A Federal High Court in Abuja on Friday granted an interim order releasing the deposed Emir of Kano, Muhammadu Sanusi from detention. The dethroned Emir of Kano, Lamido Sanusi, has approached the Federal High Court in Abuja to enforce his fundamental rights.
