More than 37 persons perished in the Monday’s tanker explosion in Ahumbe village, Gwer East local government area of Benue State, Mr. Aliyu Baba, the Sector Commander, Federal Road Safety Corps, FRSC of the State Command said. The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, has directed the Nigerian Police to provide it with case files of electoral offenders in the last general elections in order to commence their immediate prosecution.
