A state banquet for the visiting Peoples Democratic Party Governors is holding at Banquet Hall, Government House, Uyo, Akwa Ibom State capital.
Hosted by Akwa Ibom State Governor, Udom Emmanuel, the banquet is graced by Governor Aminu Tambuwal of Sokoto State who is also the PDP Chairman; Delta State Governor, Dr. Ifeanyi Okowa; Lawrence Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi of Enugu State; and Darius Ishaku of Taraba State.
Others were Nyesom Wike, Governor of Rivers State; Douye Diri of Bayelsa; Mahdi Aliyu Gusau, the deputy governor of Zamfara State represented the Governor Bello Matawalle.
Dr. Emmanuel Ekuwem, Secretary to the State Government welcomed the guests to the ceremony holding on Sunday, June 13.
