Nigerian gospel singers have expressed sadness over the death of their colleague and popular music minister, Mrs Osinachi Nwachukwu.
Osinachi, known for the hit song “Ekwueme,” died Friday night after battling with an undisclosed disease.
He death has thrown both her fans and the entire gospel music industry into mourning.
However, unconfirmed reports claimed late Osinachi suffered domestic violence in her marriage and this led to her death. Multiple sources claim her husband allegedly beat her all through the years they were married.

Reacting, Chioma Jesus revealed she’s heartbroken from the news of Osinachi’s death.
Her Instagram post reads: OSI’M I’m so heartbroken and still in disbelief.”
The singer’s family is yet to issue a statement on her death.
Another gospel singer, Frank Edwards in his post stated that an “Unreasonable human being” put off Osinachi’s shinning light.
He wrote, ”So that Unreasonable human being finally put off a shining light. I won’t say much now , I’ll let the former Nddc director ( AUNTY Joy ) who did everything possible to stop this from happening talk 1st, but it still happened. we tried to stop this”
Deborah Paul Enenche, daughter of the Senior Pastor of Dunamis International Gospel Centre, Dr. Paul Enenche has reacted to the death of Osinachi Nwachukwu.
Deborah, who is in faraway Cameroon for a programme with her father, described the death of Osinachi as a painful exit.
She asked the deceased to give God a hug for her. She wrote, “Osinachi, Give Abba (God) a hug for me.”
Prospa Ochimana has reacted to the death of her friend, Osinachi Nwachukwu.
Prospa’s song, Ekwueme, which she featured Osinachi, was the turning points of their career.
Apparently shocked over her death, the singer posted a black photo on her Instagram page to signify he’s in sorrow.
He also accompanied the picture with a prayer emoji.
His colleagues such as Freke Umoh, Bukola Bekes, Efe Nathan and others have prayed God to give Prospa the strength to bear the loss.
She is survived by husband and four children.
