    Press Release

A fake doctor, caught for alleged illegal abortion that resulted in the d3ath of a 35-year-old woman, Blessing Sunday Etim, is in the mud.
The spokesperson of the Akwa Ibom State Police Command, DSP Timfon John, stated this in a statement on Thursday, August 21, 2025 said the the police had arrested suspect-,Sunday Okon Akpan who attempted to secretly dump the victim’s body in her room after she d!ed while he was performing the illegal abortion.
John said the suspect, was arrested on Tuesday, August 19, 2025, at approximately 0930 hours following a report made by a woman (name withheld) who stated that her daughter, Blessing Sunday Etim, had gone to work at Full Life Medical Centre in Ikot Obio Odong village, Ibesikpo Asutan Local Government Area.
