Unknown gunmen, Sunday, kidnapped a Reverend sister and a married woman at two different locations in Imo State.
It was gathered that some gunmen had stormed St. Philip’s Anglican Church in Ohii, Owerri West Local Government Area of the state, at about 7:45 a.m. and kidnapped one Mrs lkenna Onwusoroaka.
Youths of Orogwe Archdeaconry who were holding their camp/conference at the church premises, reportedly ran for their lives as the gunmen drove out in her vehicle.
The Reverend sister (named withheld) was also abducted at Dim na Nume, Isu in Nwangele Local Government Area of the state, few minutes after the Ohii kidnap.
Daily Trust reported that she was reportedly driving in her car when the kidnappers crossed her and forced her to stop.
