Imisioluwa Ayanwale, popularly known as Imisi, has emerged as the winner of Big Brother Naija Season 10. The reality-TV sensation, who has been the talk of the town since the show’s premiere, clinched the grand prize after weeks of intense competition.

The grand finale, hosted by Ebuka Obi-Uchendu on October 5, featured performances from popular artistes Adekunle Gold and Iyanya, adding to the excitement and nostalgia of the evening.

The 23-year-old actress and fashion designer won the coveted N80 million cash prize, an SUV, and other rewards after a fierce competition with nine other finalists.

As of October 2025, a total of four women have won Big Brother Naija: Mercy Eke (Season 4) in 2019; Phyna (Season 7) in 2022; Ilebaye Odiniya (Season 8) in 2023, and most recently, Imisi (Season 10) in 2025.

The men were Katung Aduwak, Michael Efe Ejeba, Miracle Igbokwe, Olamilekan Agbeleshe (Laycon),  and Hazel Oyeze Onou (Whitemoney).

Imisi, backed by her passionate fan base known as the Imistars, beat out her closest rivals to claim the top spot in what many are calling one of the most competitive seasons yet.

Throughout the season, Imisi was a consistent headline maker. From her bold personality and strategic gameplay to her emotional vulnerability and ability to stay true to herself, she captivated millions of viewers. Her name trended across social media almost daily, making her one of the most talked-about housemates of the season.

The tenth season, themed “10/10,” lived up to its name, packed with drama, romance, friendship, heartbreak, and unforgettable moments. Fans have described it as one of the most entertaining and unpredictable seasons of the reality show to date.

Imisi’s triumph marks another milestone in the Big Brother Naija legacy, as the show continues to shape pop culture and produce some of Nigeria’s biggest entertainment stars. As the celebration continues, one thing is sure: Imisioluwa Ayanwale’s win is truly 10/10.

Imisi once said in interview ”Let’s just say, I have a few tricks up my sleeves. I’m not about to spill all my secrets, but I can read a room like no one else. I have a way of making people feel like they’ve known me forever even if we just met – and I can turn any awkward situation into a moment of pure comedy.

”My habits that irritate people: I am assertive. I also narrate everything. Like, if there’s drama in the house, I’m in the corner announcing, People say it’s annoying, but deep down? They live for my commentary. Also, I can be too honest. I say what’s on my mind – and some people find that irritating.”

Kaybobo, Isabella, Mensan and Jason Jae evicted

Earlier in today, the Big Brother Naija Season 10 grand finale took an emotional and dramatic turn as Kaybobo, Isabella, Mensan and Jason Jae were evicted from the house, narrowing the race for the ultimate prize.

This season began with 29 housemates competing for the title in what has been described as a truly “10/10 season.” Over the weeks, viewers witnessed alliances, betrayals, laughter, tears and several unexpected twists. Faith was disqualified days before the finale following a violent altercation with Sultana, leaving nine housemates in the race.

Kaybobo became the first to be evicted during the live finale, followed by Isabella whose exit drew loud reactions from the audience and sparked a flurry of social media conversations. She blew a final kiss to the house, leaving a strong impression on fans who praised her bubbly personality and gameplay.

Shortly after, Mensan was evicted, drawing a mix of shock and applause from the crowd. Moments later, Jason Jae was also announced as the next housemate to leave, walking off the stage with composure as cheers echoed around the venue.

Their evictions have reduced the number of finalists and heightened the atmosphere at the live show. With only a few housemates left, the competition has become more intense as viewers eagerly await the announcement of this season’s winner.
