Paris Saint-Germain F.C. (PSG) fullback Thomas Meunier has invited the wrath of teammate Neymar.
Meunier has declared Chelsea ace Eden Hazard as the superior player.
Asked who was the real “star”, Neymar or Belgium teammate Hazard, Meunier replied: “Hazard without doubt.
“Hazard is an exceptional player and recently demonstrated this against Cyprus.
“It’s fantastic how he has grown over time; he’s always at the service of the collective.”
Asked to choose between winning the World Cup and the Champions League, he added: “I’m staying with the World Cup, it’s something else. Winning the Champions League is beautiful, but winning with your country is the maximum.”
