    Some Nigerians residing in the foreign countries have broken unparalleled records in different professional fields to improve the lots of humanity.

    For instance, a US-based Nigerian drone expert has become a brain box to American Armed Forces through fabricating drones for the United States Army.

    Dr. Osato Osemwengie the drone expert is regarded as one of the world’s most educated people with four Ph.ds and seven Master’s degrees.

    Investigation shows that these drones are used for surveillance to gather important information as well as locate terrorist camps.

    The profile of Osemwengie published by Nigerian Pioneers in the Facebook, shows that he is the founder of the Open Robotics University.

    The Edo-born physicist provides a tuition-free engineering, degree-granting university that allows people to further exercise their talents and expand their knowledge in fields related to engineering.

    He is also the Founder & CEO of Ubiquity Interface Inc. Before his relocation to the United States in 1982, Osemwengie served as an administrator of the College of Education, Benin City and was recognized as their Educator of the Year for securing funding used to design and implement pre-service teacher education programs. He served meticulously as the Administrator of the Columbus City School System from 1992 – 2011, where he coordinated staff and student recruitment.

    He also developed programs to increase staff and student retention. He also taught for five years 1987- 1992 in the aforementioned school district. Dr. Osemwengie was a facilitator for the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation- sponsored Ohio Leadership for Integrating Technology Initiative (OLIT).

    Osemwengie was Board of trustees of College of Education, Benin City; Columbus City School (1987- 1992), Administrator of the Columbus City School System 1992 – 2011, founder, Open Robotics University; Founder, Open Robotics University; and Founder & Chief Executive Officer, Ubiquity Interface Inc.

    The inventor attended University of Cincinnati Regis University and Keller Graduate School of Management.

    His books include “Osemwengie .O.: Theory and Practice in Developing Advanced Small Multi Rotor Aircraft. Marques Aviation Ltd. Southport, United Kingdom. and “Osemwengie .O. Drone Construction: Step by Step Guide to Designing, Building and Flying Your Own Drone. Marques Aviation Ltd. Southport, United Kingdom.

    Meanwhile, a Nigerian scientist based in Malaysia, Abubakar Hidima has won a whopping $280,000 grant to lead a novel scientific research.

    Hidima attended Science School Birnin Gwari, and later graduated as a Petroleum Engineer from ATBU, before his M.SC and Ph.d in Malaysia.
