    NPLF battle: Akwa United Fall to Enyimba

    Defending champions Enyimba recorded a 3-2 victory against Akwa United in a thrilling Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL, contest in Aba on Sunday night.

    Enyimba led 2-0 in the opening 15 minutes of the game.

    Innocent Gabriel and Chijioke Mbaoma netted for the Peoples Elephant.
