The Chairman/Chief Executive Officer of Nsik Oil and Gas Company Limited, Mr. Nsikan Johnny, has urged applicants to approach the process with adequate preparation and professionalism.
Addressing applicants at the commencement of the company’s recruitment interview sessions at Rosmohr Gold Hotels, Uyo on Wednesday, Mr. Johnny further encouraged them to remain confident and optimistic.
The interview forms part of its strategic drive to strengthen its workforce and support its expanding operations within Nigeria’s oil and gas sector.
Mr. Johnny clarified that the ongoing recruitment is not limited to staffing the company’s Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) Mother Station project.
Rather, he said it is designed to support broader operational needs across the entire oil and gas value chain, in line with the company’s long-term growth and expansion strategy.
According to him, Nsik Oil and Gas is positioning itself as a key player in the energy industry, with prospects for significant expansion into multiple segments, thereby creating opportunities for skilled professionals to contribute meaningfully to the sector.
The exercise attracted a large number of qualified applicants, all eager to be part of the company’s growing vision.

Specializing in EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction), pipeline services, marine logistics, and trading of petroleum products, it is developing a pioneering 10 MMSCF/D Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) Mother Station in Akwa Ibom State to support federal gas expansion.
