The Nigerian Gospel minister began his Christian ministry as a preacher to student congregations while in the university.

Invitation displayed on social media was tagged:  ‘‘Harvard University’s Center for the Study of African Societies and Economics (CSASE) is set to welcome Apostle Joshua Selman, the esteemed founder of Koinonia Global Ministries, for a compelling lecture titled “The Role of Religion in Resilient Societies: Lessons from Africa’s Development Journey.”

‘‘Scheduled for Tuesday, March 26th, 2024, from 12:00pm to 1:30pm, the event will take place at the renowned Harvard Divinity School. Apostle Joshua Selman’s lecture promises to shed light on the vital role of religion in shaping resilient societies, drawing from Africa’s unique developmental trajectory.

‘‘Attendance requires registration due to the exclusivity of the occasion. Following the lecture, attendees will have the opportunity to participate in a reception aimed at fostering deeper engagement and dialogue.

‘‘Harvard University invites all interested individuals to join Apostle Joshua Selman for an enlightening conversation that seeks to challenge perceptions and inspire new insights into the relationship between faith and social progress.

Pearse Seun, a publishing expert in his X (formerly Twitter) handle wrote ‘‘I remembered Pastor Adeboye was invited, then Bishop Oyedepo, then Pastor Ashimolowo now Apostle Joshua Selma.

‘‘According to Adeboye it was said that he read 20 books to deliver a lecture at Harvard. While Oyedepo was 40 books, and Ashimolowo was 80 books. How many books will Selma read now??’’

Selman has written 30 books among his popular books include  Financial Wisdom: A Biblical Guide to Prosperity and KEYS TO DESTINY FULFILMENT: UNDERSTANDING TIMES AND SEASONS

Others are Conquering Depression: A Guide to Finding Hope and Happiness and Call to Order: A Compilation of Destiny Transforming Quotes from Apostle Joshua Selman.

The popular Gospel Minister delivered the lecture at Harvard University on Tuesday to the delight of the expectant audience.

Recall that Apostle Selman, together with Pastor Nathaniel Bassey, organised an Apostolic Conference in the United Kingdom on May 11, 2023.

The conference, entitled “Sound of Revival,” took place at the AO Arena in Manchester, attracting a capacity crowd of 21,000 attendees.
