He directed the Committee to report to the House within 24 hours.
Presenting the report at the Plenary on Wednesday, March 23, the Committee Chairman, Victor Ekwere, explained that the committee screened credentials and other relevant documents of the nominees and interviewed them on a wide range of issues relating to their areas of specialisation.
After listening to the report, Mr Aniekan Bassey, Speaker of the House, put the matter to vote.
The House overwhelmingly voted in support of approving the list of nominees.
Bassey, therefore, directed the Clerk of the house, Mrs Mandu Umoren to communicate the resolution of the House to the Governor for further action.
