The Supreme Court, Monday, laid to rest legal contention on the election of Mr. Yahaya Bello as Kogi State Governor.
The apex court dismissed an appeal by the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, and its candidate, Musa Wada, that challenged the outcome of the governorship election held in the state on November 16, 2019.
