The 95th Oscars will be held on Sunday, March 12, 2023, at the Dolby Theatre at Ovation Hollywood and will be televised live on ABC and in more than 200 territories worldwide.
Some of the biggest stars expected at the Hollywood’s night of the year include Pedro Pascal, Harrison Ford, Halle Berry, and Elizabeth Olsen.
This year’s ceremony will commence at the Dolby Theatre at Ovation Hollywood in Los Angeles at 8 p.m. ET/5 p.m. PT.
In this event, all 23 categories will feature live after last year’s decision to pre-tape eight competitive categories sparked backlash from industry professionals.
This is also the first Oscars since Will Smith infamously slapped presenter Chris Rock during last year’s ceremony — a moment that has already been referenced in promotional videos for the event.
The Oscars are voted upon by the more than 10,000 members of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences over the course of a four-month-long period. Final voting for the 95th Academy Awards was held from March 2 to March 7.
