The Abuja Division of the Federal High Court, Monday, fixed July 2 to deliver judgment in the fundamental rights enforcement suit former National Security Adviser, NSA, Col. Sambo Dasuki, retd, filed against the Federal Government over his continued detention. Two major telecom operators in the country, 9Mobile and Barti Airtel, Monday publicly opposed the proposed transfer of operating licence and resources, including 800MHz spectrum, from Visafone Communication limited to MTN Nigeria.
