The Tribunal headed by Justice Adekunle Adeleye squashed the suit instituted by Senator Bassey  Akpan and Young Progressives Party (YPP) which challenged the election of Pastor Eno in the March 18, 2023 governorship election. An Italian court has sentenced the country’s citizen, Filippo Ferlazzo, to 24 years in prison for beating to death a physically challenged Nigerian. Ferlazzo killed Alika Ogorchukwu on July 30, 2022, at Marche Region of Italy, as confirmed at the time by the Nigerian Embassy, Rome, Italy.
