Despite the rescue of  137 abducted schoolchildren by the troops of Defence Headquarters (DHQ), Abuja in collaboration with local authorities, 150 are still missing. Nigerian music sensation, David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido, has reached an agreement to settle out of court over the breach of contract lawsuit filed against him by the Amaju Pinnick-led Brownhill Investment Company Limited. In October 2023, a former president of the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF), Amaju Pinnick, called out Davido for not fulfilling his performance obligations at an event in Warri, Delta State, despite receiving $94,600.
