Nigeria has notched another milestone to fast track completion of the $25 billion Nigeria-Morocco Gas Pipeline Project. A former militant leader in the Niger Delta, Asari Dokubo, on Friday, blamed the military officers of perpetrating 90 per cent of crude oil theft in the Niger Delta.
