The Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) has blamed Governor Nasir El-Rufai for alleged killings and kidnapping plaguing Kaduna State. After seven days, 21 passengers were still missing among the 170 aboard the Abuja-Kaduna train attacked by terrorists last Monday, the Nigerian Railway Corporation (NRC), has confirmed.
