The Nigeria Police Force (NPF) has dismissed three policemen over misuse of firearms, abuse of power, gross indiscipline and wastage of live ammunition. The three cops: Inspector Dahiru Shuaibu, Sgt. Barring any favourable climate, Bayelsa, Lagos, Rivers, and Delta states are at higher risk of flooding in 2023, the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) alerted. Labour Party (LP) has denied receiving any letter of apology from the British Government over the detention of Peter Obi by Immigration officials at the London Heathrow Airport. The police say they have arrested the police officer caught in a video flogging an unidentified man in the street of Rivers State. The culprit, Inspector Adejoh Siaka, was arrested alongside Inspector Friday Obaka, and Sgt. Ndiwa Kpuebari from Rivers State.
