The management of Rivers State University (RSU), Port Harcourt has banned all forms of ‘indecent dressing’ by both male female students on its campus with immediate effect. Singapore State Court jailed a man who posed as a female gynaecologist on social media to deceive dozens of women into sending him photos of their genitalia. The preliminary number of registered voters in Nigeria is now 93 million, Mahmood Yakubu, Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) said.
