The management of Rivers State University (RSU), Port Harcourt has banned all forms of ‘indecent dressing’ by both male female students on its campus with immediate effect. In the Internal Memorandum signed by the Registrar of the school, Dr. S.C Enyindah and Secretary of the Senate, students are prohibited from wearing ”spaghetti gowns, short skirts, blouse that exposes naval of breast, leg chains, long eyelashes, tattoos, nose rings by both sexes of students, ear rings by male students, and others. Singapore State Court jailed a man who posed as a female gynaecologist on social media to deceive dozens of women into sending him photos of their genitalia. The court on Wednesday, October 26, found Ooi Chuen Wei from Malaysia, guilty of “cheating by personation” and sentenced him to three years and four months in prison. The preliminary number of registered voters in Nigeria is now 93 million, Mahmood Yakubu, Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) said.
