US President Joe Biden has signed an order to provide up to $600 million (£448m) in “immediate military assistance’’ to Ukraine, as Russia wages war against the country. Four internet fraudsters popularly known as Yahoo Boys have been convicted and sentenced to one-year imprisonment in Calabar, Cross River State capital.
