A 39-year-old nurse in the US state of Florida has been arrested for alleged threat to assassinate US Vice President Kamala Harris. Niviane Petit Phelps was arrested following an investigation by the US Secret Service. A criminal complaint filed in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida by Special Agent David Ballenger on March 3,  notifying of a threat to kill Harris.
