The Federal High Court, Abuja, Thursday, ordered the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to issue Senator Ifeanyi Ararume a certificate of return within 72 hours in the December 5, 2020 Imo North Senatorial bye-election, for being the valid candidate of the All Progressives Congress (APC). Justice Taiwo Taiwo, in a judgment, said Ararume remained the winner of the election going by the earlier judgments of the court. Nineteen children in Madagascar have died from food poisoning after eating a turtle, sources said Thursday. Thirty-four people were admitted in hospital on Monday in Vatomandry, in the east of the island, after eating the protected species, the Health and Food Safety Control Agency said. Ten of them died, it said. Another nine people, all of them children, died at home after eating meat from the same turtle, region’s governor said.
