So far, 25,133 persons have tested positive for COVID-19 in Nigeria, with 9,402 patients discharged and a record 573 deaths. The federal government on Monday lifted ban on interstate movement effective from July 1, 2020. The Secretary to the Government of the Federation, Boss Mustapha, stated this during the daily media briefing. Seven deaths were recorded from the virus on Sunday bringing the total number of confirmed deaths from the virus to 565.
