The remains of a person who reportedly died in auto crash involving a tanker vehicle and a 406 Peugeot car along Stadium Road, Uyo, Akwa Ibom State capital have been evacuated to a mortuary.
The crash that involved a tanker vehicle with registration number – MHA869XA and a 406 PEUGEOT with registration number – CL775ABT occurred close to popularly known Uruaebot market.
The Akwa Ibom Command of Federal Road Safety Corps confirmed the incident on Friday, in a statement by its Public Enlightenment Officer, Paul James.

Though James attributed the cause of the accident to over speeding and inadequate display of caution signs, he did not mention the mortuary the corps evacuated the remains to.
