Meanwhile, Nigerian singer Portable, also known as Habeeb Okikiola, in a recent video issued a warning to his colleague Dammy Krane regarding the use of their song in relation to insulting Davido.
Dammy Krane had recently made headlines for dragging Davido once again, accusing him of various wrongdoings, including being responsible for the death of one of his associates, Tagbo, in 2017.
In the video where Dammy Krane made these allegations, their collaborative song “Number 1” with Portable was played in the background.
Portable, in his response, expressed his displeasure at Dammy Krane using their song to insult Davido.
He emphasised that their song was not intended for such purposes and questioned why Dammy Krane would choose to play it while making derogatory remarks about Davido.
Portable also mentioned that Davido had been supportive of him in the past and that he still considers him a helper.
His words, “Hello ladies and gentlemen, e no go spoil for you my people. E get one video wey I see online wey Dammy Krane dey insult Davido, nothing concern me if you and Davido dey fight.

Furthermore, Portable revealed that Dammy Krane had not compensated him for his contribution to their song.
He claimed that Dammy Krane had promised to pay him once Davido settled his debt, implying that Dammy Krane was financially struggling at the time.
“You called me for featuring, did you pay me? You didn’t pay me. When I asked you, you said until Davido pays you before you pay me, and you know I am not alright.
“I packed my boys come, no be korope one-room you dey for Lekki? You no get money nau, na only table water, you give us food? No be me bring producer?
