Popular crossdresser, Idris Okuneye, also known as Bobrisky, declared how he provided meals for more than 2,500 inmates during his incarceration at Kirikiri Maximum Security Prison, Lagos.
In an Instagram post made on his page on Sunday, Bobrisky stated his efforts to assist the inmates by sharing videos of the food items he distributed.
The clips displayed the extensive provisions he arranged, including large quantities of meat, rice, and other essentials, which were all delivered to support the prisoners.
Bobrisky expressed his deep concern about the dire conditions he witnessed within the prison.
He described the situation as “heartbreaking,” which prompted him to take immediate action.
Moved by the plight of the inmates, he not only coordinated the delivery of substantial food supplies but also handed out money to help ease their hardships.
He wrote, ” I will always be proud of myself. I fed over 2,500 people in maximum prison Kirikiri. The situation I met them was heartbroken. I order 5 giant cows, 10 bags of rice, 5 full basket of tomatoes so I could feed them and I also gave them money.”
Recall that Bobrisky’s was sentenced to six months jail term, after pleading guilty for naira abuse on April 12, 2024 at the Federal High Court,Lagos
However, the cross dresser was released on August 5, 2024.
