As Governor Umo Eno administration begins the second phase of development projects under ARISE Agenda in the 31 LGAs in the state, aggrieved leaders of benefiting communities are peeved over the siting of the projects. The retired school principal kidnapped in his home in Ikot Abasi Akpan, Mkpat Enin Local Government Area of Akwa Ibom State, Akparawa Ezekiel Paul, has been released after a week in captivity.
