Three medical students reportedly died after a speedboat carrying 14 students on a cruise, capsized at a resort in Calabar, Cross River State on Saturday, June 24. A septuagenarian has been sentenced to death by hanging for killing a school proprietor at the Kajola area of Odigbo Local Council Area of Ondo State on August 7, 2021.
