Following his suspension by the Catholic Bishop of Enugu Diocese, Most Rev. Callistus Onaga, Mbaka had proceeded to the monastery. Nigeria’s President Muhammadu Buhari okayed the 2023 Appropriation Act, totalling N21.83 trillion on Tuesday, January 3.
