For the past 15 years, Inoyo Toro Foundation, a Non-Governmental Organisation, has invested more than N500 million to build capacity in the education sector of Akwa Ibom State. Benue state governor, Samuel Ortom, and Miyetti Allah Cattle Breeders Association of Nigeria (MACBAN) have traded words on a call for declaration of the group as a terrorist organisation.
