Oklahoma Governor Kevin Stitt, Thursday, halted execution of death-row inmate, Julius Jones, hours before he was scheduled to die for a 22-year-old murder. Bulgaria will decide the runoff election of its Head of State on Sunday, the country’s Election Commission said on its website on Wednesday. The Federal Ministry of Finance and National Planning will commence the disbursement of funds to universities on Thursday, the Minister of Labour and Productivity, Chris Ngige, has assured.
