The Panel also suggested the prosecution of 24 other ex-SARS operatives for various acts of professional misconduct. After a prolonged meeting Thursday, the Federal Government and Academic Staff Union of Universities, ASUU failed to reach a truce on reopening of Nigerian universities shut more than seven months ago. The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) on Thursday announced the date for the 2023 presidential election.
